Yoga Mixed Flow

A slower paced Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with lots of alignment-based instructions. Every week a different theme and physical focus. The session often starts on the floor to bring a feeling of grounding, congruence and sensitivity. Soon we then build up to a strengthening Hatha yoga sequence of standing poses and creative flow, where variations of inversions, backbends and twists will be offered - with alternatives for those who are injured or limited in any form. We finish with breathwork (pranayama), relaxation (yoga nidra) or meditation (dhyana) to rest, heal and restore.
