Personal Trainer Katie Dutton has created 12 DAYS OF HIITMAS - a festive HIIT Circuits routine to get into the festive spirit whilst burning some calories before piling on the Christmas pudding pounds!
'Twas the night before HIIT-mas, when all through the house, not a creature was training, not even a mouse. The barbells were hung by the weight racks with care, in hopes that St. Fit-olas soon would be there.'
PERFORM THIS CIRCUIT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN IN 5 MINUTES.
THEN TAKE A SHORT REST AND REPEAT x3 for a bodyweight HIIT-mas workout!

11 PLANK SHOULDER TAPS
10 JUMPING LUNGES
9 SPIDER-MANS
8 JUMPING SQUATS
7 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
6 V-UPS
5 PUSH-UPS
4 KICK UNDERS
3 BURPEES
2 KNEEL-DOWN/ GET-UPS
AND 1 FULL STAR JUMP, (LIKE ON YOUR TREE)
