TERRY TAKES OVER MONDAY MORNING GROUP CYCLE
Mondays 10:00am - 10:45am Group Cycle with Terry
Start the week strong by testing your limits in a classic Group Cycle class with Terry. Terry has been a HIIT Circuits & Cycle instructor at The Hogarth for many years and specialises in Triathlon training and has competed in many races himself!
MORE GROUP CYCLE WITH DEAN
Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:15pm - Group Cycle with Dean
Dean's Group Cycle classes are designed for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. Dean will guide you all the way through the class - from the bike set up through to your pace, movements and intensity changes. But when it comes down to it, YOU are the one in control. A high energy class that will leave you feeling amazing!
MORE HIIT WITH ALEX FRYER
Wednesdays 9:00am - 9.45am - HIIT with Alex Fryer
Due to popular demand, we've added another HIIT class with Alex Fryer on a Wednesday morning! Located in our specialised HIIT Studio 3 - the class features a range of specialised HIIT equipment for a fun, high impact class that will leave you burning calories for hours after.

We are thrilled to have Heather taking over this popular Saturday morning class. Heather brings a Brooklyn edge to her Cycle classes and always has a great playlist - often 80s funk, rock or pop!
NEW DANCE CLASS WITH ELLIE WATTS
Thursdays 19:00 - 19:45 Move & Groove with Ellie Watts
Musical Theatre graduate and dance teacher, Ellie Watts (you may recognise Ellie from when she worked Front of House as a Duty Manager) brings Musical anthems to The Hogarth Club! A real feel good class that's open to ALL abilities.

Make time for your wellbeing on the weekend by joining Samanta's Saturday Vinyasa Yoga Flow class 4-5pm. Explore both your inner dancer and your inner warrior through flexing, stretching and working your entire body in this well round practice.
