"I first fell in love with yoga for the first time about 7 years ago. I started to run my own business and thought, it was this missing piece I needed. Through my personal journey with yoga, I discovered that I have a deep passion for sharing this practise with others and helping them experience the same benefits that I have. I believe that yoga has the power to transform lives and create positive change on both a physical and emotional level.

I graduated as a Power Vinyasa yoga teacher in 2021 in London. It was a fantastic journey into power. After some time, I felt that in order to truly understand the meaning of yoga I needed to go into the roots. So I completed 300h course in Rishikesh, in the heart of India and the home of Yoga. Through deep practice and meditation I found the inner peace, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

I understood that being a yoga teacher allows me to create a space where individuals can come together, that I have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in peoples’ lives.

I often run a chair yoga classes for the seniors and people with disabilities to bring the benefits of yoga for those who may have limited mobility, physical challenges or who may not have simply access to the regular classes. It also brings the opportunity for me to be a part of a wonderful community where yoga brings us all together."
