Introducing: Mask? Just Ask

Against the backdrop of falling cases and two years of trend data suggesting this will continue through the summer, we are now comfortable with relaxing our rules regarding masks for staff.

We are keen to still offer the option, for those that want it, that the team members a member or guest interacts with during a their visit wear a face covering.

Therefore, we are pleased to introduce the MASK: JUST ASK system from Monday 16 May.

All Hogarth team members that are able will carry a face covering. They will wear badges or stickers indicating that they are 100% comfortable being asked to put one on whilst interacting with members or guests. All visitors need to do is ask if they would please wear their face covering.

Any staff members unable to do so will have a badge stating so, but should also be glad to fetch a team member that is able to wear a face covering to interact with that Club visitor.
