NEW Gym Challenge Competition!

We have just launched the pre Christmas Challenge in the gym. It is open to everyone using the Wellness System and the prize is TWO Tickets to smash hit West End musical 42nd Street and a night’s stay in a London hotel. (I can hear your oohs and aaahs).

All participants have to do is join the Challenge via the challenge app on the Wellness System and then record 4200 burnt calories from 20th November during the next 4 weeks. Members who are already registered should have received an invitation to take part via email. Everyone who achieves that goes into a prize draw for the grand prize. Once a winner is selected they will have until March 2018 to pick a date to take up their prize.

I can sense the excitement alone is burning calories already, sadly those won’t count until Monday.
