Weight Loss Evolution has had a fantastic launch. It’s aims were to provide a trinity of training, nutrition and support and it lived up to the billing. Sharon took up the challenge of the 6 week kick starter course and achieved her target of losing 1 stone in a steady and healthy manner. Sharon did superbly alongside the support of co-ordinators Cat and Becky in the gym, who were “supportive, friendly and genuine” as well as Ruth from Crucial Café whose food was “great and really healthy.” Well done Sharon, keep going! Weight Loss Evolution is a comprehensive approach to long term, sustainable change. The personalised 6 week kick-starter programme will deliver your correct nutrition and exercise through expert support and community. Our team of specialists in nutrition and exercise aim to put you on the path to achieving your goals during the programme and to educate you so you can succeed beyond.

Our 4 Principles: DIET – EXERCISE – SUPPORT - COMMUNITY

Members and non-members who want to lose weight sign up to the  WEIGHT LOSS EVOLUTION PROGRAMME lasting 6 weeks and incorporating food, training and support. Prices start

at £750 for members and £1000 for non-members. PLEASE NOTE: These are introductory prices and will increase for future courses.

The Journey via Weight Loss Evolution

Before the course starts:

A personal Wellness Consultation will take place with a Hogarth Personal Trainer who will go through a detailed questionnaire on your background. This will cover medical, diet, and exercise history. A brief motivational interview and Body Composition Analysis will be conducted.  Also in the week before the programme begins, all course attendees will meet with Clinical Nutritionist Ruth Woods, Founder of Crucial Foods, who will provide further explanation regarding our approach to food.

The 6 week course

Every week clients will be offered:

  1. 3 Personal Training sessions
  2. 1 Weekly Group Session on a Saturday
  3. Mon-Fri 3 meals a day (optional but recommended)
  4. Daily support from the WLE co-ordinator
  5. Weekly body analysis

1.    The personalised exercise programme is designed after the First Consultation. The Package entitles 3 sessions, in hours with any available trainer. You will be encouraged to come in on their own on other days.

2.    Two of our Personal Trainers will also run a support class. It is a chat to get communal support amongst participants. Each week the WLE team will have topics ready to discuss and use them to provide particpants with long term, useful education. They will also encourage any questions to be submitted in the lead up to the class each week, which can then be covered in the group sessions.

3.    Crucial Foods will get food ready for collection or deliver it as per agreement with each member.

4.    The co-ordinator will check in with each participant daily providing support and assurance. It will also strengthen adherence.

5.    As part of the first weekly training session, a Tanita Body Composition Anlysis will be conducted to track progress.

At the end of the six weeks we envisage healthy weight loss of up to 1 stone. The goal is to support and educate during the kick starter course ahead of long term change.

 

After The Course Follow Up

Our team believe in long term sustainable weight management and will offer a weekly class to monitor adherence to the WLE Programme. A separate package of 6 weeks attending classes, part exercise, part discussion will follow.
