Hogarth Gym Challenge

In the spirit of Top Gear and The Grand Tour we are challenging everyone to have a go at The Hogarth Grand Tour Fastest Lap! You will be up against the clock as you tackle the various stations in the gym. 

The course will include cross training, bench jumps, ab crunches, cycling, bench presses, step ups, TRX rows and finish with a 1km run! 

You will be timed from the start of the first exercise to the end of the last which will be your lap time. It is a fantastic routine which will push you hard and take from 20-40 minutes. It will be a test of strength, endurance and sweaty willpower! Please ask a member of the gym team to book in your attempt. 

The only question is how fast can you go?
