THE STRENGTH BLUEPRINT with Bronwen Jenkins
Round 1
Beginner (40 seconds for each exercise)
• Box Squat
• Knee Push up
• Gorilla Row
• Alternating wave rope
2 minute rest period
Round 2
General (45 seconds for each exercise)
• Goblet Squat
• Eccentric Push up
• Bent Over Row
• Alternating wave rope
2 minute rest period
Round 3
Intermediate (50 seconds for each exercise)
• Back Squat
• Standard Push up
• Bent Over Bar Row
• Rope Slams
2 minute rest period
