About Me

I've always lived an active lifestyle, growing up on a farm in the middle of nowhere, we didn't do gyms, the great outdoors was my gym! When I moved to London just over 10 years ago I started my first job as a chef where I discovered the dangers of restricted movements and as I slowly became immobile, was encouraged into perusing a gym program to which I then got unintentionally hooked and never turned back. Since then, I've tried and re tried a number of styles of training including resistance training, HIIT, calisthenics, bodybuilding and my all time favourite past time, cycling.  

I view the gym and everything we do in it to be a tool to better our health, increase mobility and strength and a process to enhance our quality of life. I am a massive believer in functional training, whether its growing muscles, fixing broken body parts or just being healthier, happier and stronger. I always have a calm yet enthusiastic and positive approach to every goal that you want to achieve and no one is ever happier when you reach your milestones! One size does not fit all and neither should our training programs, I look at every member as an individual and strive to help them become the version of themselves that they want to be with the idea that "no goal is ever too big, it just might take that little longer to achieve."

 

Qualifications

-Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

-Level 3 Nutrition to Support Physical Activity 

-Padwork for Personal Trainers 

-Kettlebell Pro 

-Advanced Culinary Diploma 

-Advanced Diploma in Culinary arts Patisserie and Confectionary

(Yes we can joke about the career change)
