WHAT DOES TIER 4 MEAN FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Your membership

In light of the most recent government announcement regarding Tier 4, we have created 3 key options for your membership. As per option 3 below, your membership will automatically be frozen, for free and there is no need for you to do anything. We will not collect any further fees on 1st January 2021, and we will contact you again as soon as we hear more from the government. If you have an annual membership, your membership will be credited for the period the majority of the Club is temporarily closed.

As tennis and outdoor activities can remain open, as an independent, community based business, we do wish to do everything we can to stay open. We undertsand that there are many members that rely on the Club, as well as those that simply wish to make the most of our newly deleloped outdoor facilities and, on balance, feel the many benefits of exercise make attendance most worthwhile. On this basis we have created option 1 below. For those that wish to benefit form our online classes ONLY, then please see option 2.


OPTION 1


As I am sure you can imagine, having invested in outdoor areas over the past months, we hope that those members who are fit and well, will continue supporting us and attend the Club. We have certainly gone the extra mile to design these facilities with Covid safety in mind. For these services* we will charge 50% of your usual membership rate for the period we are in Tier 4. Your attendance to the Club or making a booking will trigger the fee.



OPTION 2


For those that aren't able to attend, we still have our online classes option which, if taken up alone, remain chargeable at just £25 per month. By attending a class, the £25 fee will be automatically triggered.



OPTION 3


And for those who aren't able to attend or take part in on-line classes, our default position, at this time, remains to freeze your membership free of charge.
