About Goran Babic
Specialising in functional movement and injury prevention, Goran brings a wealth of knowledge to his training approach, combining principles of biomechanics with a focus on fascia. He holds qualifications in Functional training, Boxing, Breathing training, in addition to Personal Training, making him uniquely qualified to teach this workshop on the often-overlooked role of fascia in body movement. His passion for understanding the body has led him to help countless Hogarth members improve their posture, alleviate pain, and move more efficiently.
