WHAT IS IT?

JOE-ROX is a high-energy hybrid fitness race designed for all fitness levels. A workout challenge that any body can take on led by our very own Hogarth personal trainer and Hyrox athlete Joe. Whether you're a seasoned Hyrox fan or a newcomer looking for a fun fitness goal, this is your chance to test your limits within the Hogarth community.

The HIIT studio will serve as our designated space for warming up before the race and for a post cool-down afterwards. The main race will take place in Studio 1, where members will set off in timed intervals. If you have a fitness watch. please do bring this along as the races will be individually timed. 

Studio 1 will be divided into different workout stations: 

• Skill Mill: 800m
• Ski: 1000m
• Burpee Broad Jumps: 6 lengths
• Row: 1000m 
• Farmers Carry: 4 laps
• Lunges: 6 lengths 
• Watt Bike: 3000m
• Thrusters: 40 reps

TRAINING

You can schedule your monthly personal training session to perfect your form, push those goals and be event ready. Make sure to speak with the reception or gym team to book yourself in.
