The process can be hard. Really hard. I know this because I’ve done it, over and over. I've trained to gain muscle, I've trained to lose weight, I've trained to build strength and speed, I've trained to get faster, I've trained to go longer, I've trained to improve mobility, I’ve trained to recover from injury and I've trained for many different elite sporting events. Over the years I had to do everything wrong so many times before I learned how to do it right. Knowing the pitfalls helps me steer you away from them - this is why I see results.

My clients here at the Hogarth range from heart attack survivors to athletes. I care about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong.

One size does not fit all, and my multi-faceted background means I can draw on my own experience, as well as my knowledge, to match the needs of my clients. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, train for a specific event or to feel healthier and happier, the programme I tailor will be fun, challenging, and functional. This isn't about me, it's about you.
