Professional Ballet dancer with over 27 years of experience at the highest level. Adela is a Dance, Yoga and Gyrotonic teacher with extensive experience.

With my knowledge and experience I help both dancers looking to progress in the industry become reliable and successful professionals and also inspire students with enjoyable and technically proficient lessons. By teaching I share my love fo the art form and convey how ballet and dance can truly be an expression of the soul.
