I have been working in Health and Fitness in London for 15 years as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. Prior to that time, I trained religiously at a Boxing gym in Reading doing mainly Circuits & HIIT style training. I started out in health and fitness in Reading, Berkshire where I grew up, and from a very young age I would try to keep up with cyclists that were training for the Tour De France. This has not only given me a wealth of experience in all areas of health and fitness training this has also made me grow stronger and more able to cycle stronger now.

I started teaching classes in London while working as a Personal Trainer alongside many of the trainers from the UK Biggest Looser show. It was found that at this time even though Personal Training was my main objective, people really liked the classes that I taught. I was personally requested on several occasions by members and management to teach classes more often. Based on this, I made the decision to focus more on group teaching in health and fitness as opposed to one-to-one Personal Training.

This along with my strong skills and talents with music and tech made a really good recipe for really good enjoyable classes. That along with being a natural leader worked really well to enhance the experience for participants even more.

Each class is always different as I always pay close attention to the attendees who usually are also never exactly the same and this is what makes up my level three coaching even though the levels 1 and 2 have been set and structured prior to each class.
