I’ve been teaching exercise classes since the early nineties and I love to encourage my participants towards a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy teaching my members in many different exercise class settings, including:

• Weight Training
• Aqua Aerobics
• Group Cycling
• Circuit Training
• Choreographed and non-choreographed aerobics
To name a few! I like to encourage my participants to have faith in their ability to move their bodies for exercise and I love to see their confidence increase as they to do more and more safe exercise with fun added to their workouts.
