Katie Fobbester

I have been in and around the fitness industry for many years.  In the '90s I taught aerobics and steps and worked as a personal trainer.  I then took a break as my family started arriving.  I have five children, and as the stresses and strains of a large family and busy life took hold, I got more and more into Yoga.

I connected with its power to calm the mind and the huge benefits I experienced on and off the mat.  It was no surprise to anyone that I went on to train as a yoga teacher and now teach power vinyasa, yin yoga, and enjoy holding the space in meditations.  I have realised the benefits of having a balance of yin and yang in my practice and my life.
