I am a Les Mills trainer for Body Pump and Grit Strength, Plyo and Cardio programme, qualified in Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning programme the creators of the Spinning® program, ETM qualified and personal trainer. Through the classes, I guide, motivate, instruct and lead individuals in routine or specialised exercise programs.
Because of my friendly, approachable nature, positive energy and passion for my job, I provide clients with the confidence that I will always do my best for them.
I strive to get the best out of people, whilst giving them the confidence to believe in themselves and their abilities.
Through on-going education and with my background in anatomy, physiology and nutrition, I am able to encourage clients to make positive lifestyle changes that will improve their ability to cope with the demands of daily life and ultimately lead to a happier, more fulfilling life.
