Lucy Case
I started teaching in my late teens, for college students whilst dancing as a hobby at the Pineapple Studios in Covent Garden. Those were the days where one spiced together music on tape cassettes and no qualification was available.
Whilst dance was my passion I wasn’t talented enough to be a professional dancer and lacked "turn out" and "pettiness" and decided to follow my other calling in art and design.
I obtained an honors degree in Graphic Design then went on to do an MA at the prestigious Royal College of Art in Animation. From there I worked in TV on shows such as The Word and The Big Breakfast as a designer until at the ripe old age of 25 when I started my family.
Four children later I’ve returned to what I love best, exercise and fitness, qualifying as an Exercise to Music teacher and then as a Personal Trainer. I keep myself up-to-date attending workshops and continuing my education and training from Aqua to Core work, from Pilates to weight management and more recently Zumba.
