Luis Trevino

luis group cycle instructorIn order to break from my very active architecture practice I act in response to my cravings for the endorphins my spinning classes generate.

I started spinning in Caracas, Venezuela in 1996 and in May 2000 I certified with Al Amado from Mad Dogg Athletics and in January 2012 licenced for Les Mills RPM as an indoor cycling Instructor. I have now been coaching Group Cycle for many years in the fitness industry and draw on my 20 years of experience to help shape and tone my clients’ bodies and improve their health. I have coached in San Luis Potosi Mexico, Caracas Venezuela, Cambridge US and now London, UK to a diverse range of participants. The focus is on correcting poor posture, stability and quality of movement to work towards creating a body that is strong, lean and healthy. I currently teach at Virgin Active Wandsworth and Clapham.

My passion for spinning and my dynamic teaching style come across in my training sessions. I believe that every session is fun and full of energy, but very challenging!

In the absence of the waves of the Caribbean beaches, where I used to surf, I kayak on the Thames during the weekends, yes with the tide, that apart from giving me a fun workout it also connects me with nature and its soothing force. I also love to snowboard, preferably in the French Alps, where I try to go every year.
