Milos is a personal trainer here at The Hogarth Club.
From a young age I have always participated in sports and taken my fitness goals seriously. In recent years I have decided to pass on my knowledge to others and guide those around me to all reach their targets. Integrating hard work and discipline is key for me when working with my clients, but I understand that to succeed, I should mirror the same principles and words that I voice. I give 100% effort "behind the scenes" of all the sessions I deliver through careful planning and preparation to give all my clients the optimal quality of sessions they deserve which will help them reach their fitness goals.
