As a dedicated Yin Yoga practitioner and certified teacher, I bring a holistic approach to wellness through the transformative practice of Yin Yoga. With 6 years of experience in teaching Yin yoga , and over 20 years of personal practice, my classes emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and the profound benefits of prolonged poses.
My Teaching Style
My teaching style is rooted in creating a serene and nurturing space for students to explore the meditative aspects of Yin Yoga. By blending ancient wisdom with modern understanding, I guide practitioners in cultivating balance, flexibility, and a deep connection with their inner selves. Also to mention with my personal health I have learnt to teach in a unique way to experience Yin.
