This is a Pilates based class incorporating Pilates principles, stretch and dance conditioning. This workout targets all major muscle groups improving posture as well as sculpting and reshaping the whole body. I would use gliders (I already have them), hand weights, soft balls as well as the bar. The result is sculpted arms, flat abs, lifted sear and firm thighs.
