Class starts with a 30 minute high tempo Spin followed by a 30 minute mix of high intensity exercises and body conditioning exercises to challenge the whole body.
This work is a combo of both cardio & conditioning so getting two methods of exercise in one workout! It Will Torch fat in this fun and challenging class which combines using your own bodyweight and cardio to shape your entire body. Aerobic, floor work and resistance exercises using kettle bells, free weights, swiss balls, resistants bands and mat work makes up this full body workouts working all the major muscle groups.
