For someone who…

• can do pull ups and push ups 
• is interested in ways to increase number of reps for these and other bodyweight exercises 
• wants guidance on different training styles to add variety and progressions for bodyweight exercises

This class is for those who have mastered the art of the pull up and/or push up but are interested in building their muscular endurance to increase the number of reps they’re able to achieve when performing bodyweight exercises. This class will cover general upper body and lower body calisthenics exercises.
