• is coming back from an injury and wants to take extra care by rebuilding body strength

Have you always dreamed of finally achieving a pull up but are struggling to see those results? If so, this workshop is going to provide you with the foundations for reaching those goals.

Milos will take you through 1 hour of calisthenics basics to kickstart your calisthenics journey all while testing your strength, mobility and coordination.
