This Beginners/improvers class is will improve your posture by focusing on pelvic and scapula strength and stability which in turn will help with the alignment of the spine.   The class is conducted at a controlled pace with attention to the breath along with the movement.    Precisions and flow are key elements of this class. 

The class starts with preparatory “pre-Pilates” movements and progresses to some of the general level classical Pilates mat work exercises.
