Thank you to Shane for organising yet another fabulous Tennis social event. The day consisted of a Tennis and Table Tennis tournaments, Christmas lunch, mulled wine, mince pies and a quiz for our members - all in their finest festive-wear!

Hogarth Summer Tennis Event
The Hogarth Wimbledon Summer Tennis Event 2022 was filled with tennis, table tennis, pimms, quizzing, burgers, strawberries and cream, and more pimms! Thank you to Tennis Coach Shane Hurst for organising.
First of all I would like to thank everyone involved in the Hogarth Wimbledon tennis event 2022. It was great to see everyone in their bright whites playing some amazing tennis. The pimms and strawberries and cream seemed to go down well during and after the tennis.
I would like to congratulate Steve for his victory in the tennis tournament and Archie for his victory in the table tennis. The night finished with a very close finish in the quiz with “Free bottle of champagne” claiming victory and in doing so earning themselves a bottle of sparkling. I have a feeling the right quiz team won even if I am only going by the team name.
Thanks again to everyone that came to the event and made it possible.

INTRODUCING Social Tennis Evenings! - EVENT ENDED, COMING NEXT YEAR
Every other Monday commencing 9th May, Tennis Coach Shane Hurst will be organising and hosting Social Tennis Evenings at The Hogarth. 2x 90 minute sessions 6pm and 7.30pm will be across both courts and at £5 per head. Please book your space at Reception and make payment to Shane direct. Happy hour will be on, including 2-4-1 cocktails and food pop-ups come June!

JULY 2021 HOGARTH TENNIS TOURNAMENT & QUIZ
Head Tennis Coach Shane finally got back to hosting an amazing Hogarth Tennis event - as COVID restrictions saw celebrating a 2020 Tournament very difficult. The classic tournament was split into mixed, men's and women's doubles as well as singles. Winners were announced at the lunch and quiz which were hosted in The Airedale's outdoor covered and heated dining pods!
DECEMBER 2019 HOGARTH CHRISTMAS TENNIS EVENT
Tennis Coach Shane Hurst hosted The Hogarth's biggest tennis event to date - with 48 players for the tournament and 60 members for the Christmas lunch and quiz. Congratulations for to Jim and Mahmood for winning the tournament, 'The Dingbats' for winning the Quiz and Gill on being awared the most improved player of the year. A massive thank you to all that got involved, especially Shane for organising this fabulous event.
