Shanti started her fitness journey 40 years ago as an Exercise to Music instructor then gym instructor.  In 2000 she completed an HNC in Sports Science and Therapy and became a sports massage therapist.   In 2008 Shanti taught ITEC massage with Anatomy & Physiology at Harrow College at the same time as studying Pilates.
