CLUB ETIQUETTE
To keep the club to our high standards, we ask to follow just a few guidelines please.GYM - Indoor & Outdoor
- Don't talk on your mobile phone.
- Water bottles only, please don't use glasses or coffee cups in the gym.
- Have good hygiene and manners out of respect to fellow members.
- Wipe down any sweat or moisture after exercise with provided anti-bacterial spray and tissue.
- Wear clean trainers and fresh clothes.
- Return equipment to its home after use, especially if moving rooms.
- No bare feet, socks allowed on mats only.
- Don't bring bags or coats into the gym, please use a locker or a pigeonhole.
- Share kit between sets when possible.
- Do not sit on your phone whilst on a station or on a mat.
- Limit loud music or talk, especially when training outside.
POOL
- Please shower before entering the pool especially after using the steam room and sauna.
- No running or loud talking. Keep the atmosphere calm and relaxing.
- Don't block the pool entry/exit to allow for smooth access for all.
- Please remember to cancel your booking with as much notice as possible
STEAM ROOM & SAUNA
- Please sit on a towel to protect the seats and maintain hygiene.
- Keep conversation quiet at a low volume to repsect those around you.
- Please shower before entering to ensure good hygiene and make the space pleasant for everyone.
STUDIO CLASSES
- Arrive on time to avoid disrupting the flow and to respect the instructor and other participants.
- Clean your equipment after use. Make sure to wipe them down after the class.
- Please remember to cancel your booking with as much notice as possible
TENNIS & SQUASH
- Arrive on time and finish promptly so others can enjoy their slot.
- Sign in before you play to allow us to manage bookings fairly and avoid unintentional ‘no-shows’.
- Please cancel your booking and give at least 24 hours’ notice, unless there are mitigating circumstances.
