This class is a fun approach to improve flexibility, strength and core. Stretch and tone is easy to follow and is suitable for everyone at any level. This class is a mixture of Pilates and Yoga exercises focusing on the stretching with a bit of strength training and core work. Stretching your muscles will increase your flexibility which will improve your performance in physical activities and decrease your risk of injuries.  Strengthening your muscles and your core will enhance your balance and stability and enable you to perform everyday activities more efficiently.
