H2O (also known as water aerobics) combines the buoyancy and resistance of the water to build muscle, improve flexibility and stamina without any stress on your joints.This class is formatted to encourage the member to get used to doing various repetitive movements in shallow water and provides a great cardiovascular workout with very little choreography and suits all fitness levels. The class helps improve mobility of joints and eventually encourages the use of big muscle groups.
The water helps to lessen impact on the joints by supporting up to 85% a person’s body weight which makes it safe for those with injuries or constraints on their movements to work at their own safe pace
The class provides a great all over body workout for arms, shoulders, heart and lungs, legs tums and bums.
Ris, Simone, Peter and Farzin teach this class once a day on a week day.
