POWER PUMP

This class will improve overall fitness strengthening and toning your entire body. After warming up you will enjoy a nice set of exercises targeting upper and lower body workout using bars, hand weights, bench (step) and floor mats. This energetic set of workouts will tone major muscle groups with exercises such as squats, lunges, presses. You will improve your muscle strength, tone and endurance. It is suitable to all levels.

From 24th July 2017, Power Pump will be taught by Simone 19.30 - 20.30 Tuesdays in Studio 1 at General Level.
