My knowledge and passion for training comes from a background of many sports including marathon running, ironman, boxing, surfing, mountain biking and snowboarding. Because of this variation of sports I like my Personal Training sessions to be as multi-faceted and fun as possible for the client, bringing in many aspects of my own training within the abilities of the individual.
I incorporate these wide range of training options whist always remaining continually focused on my clients specific goals, whether they be anything from: Training for a specific sporting event, weight loss, improved tone and definition, improved overall fitness, increased muscle mass or simply to get onto the road to be a healthier and fitter you.
