After having gone on my own weight-loss journey and losing over 35kg, I fell in love with fitness and healthier eating. I am an ultramarathon runner and a passionate weightlifter. As an over-50-year-old woman who is the healthiest and fittest I have ever been, I love helping others achieve their best through exercise and nutrition.
Our bodies are constantly changing, and so are our needs for exercise and nutrition. I study a lot about those changes, especially for women, and how we should be training and eating to stay ahead of the game.
I bring energy, fun, and knowledge into every session and help my clients enjoy their journey into a healthier life.
